Professionally, I’m a Clinical Psychologist with a private practice, and I also teach—running workshops and retreats. In complete contrast, I work in property development, restoring derelict homes and bringing old places back to life. I enjoy the balance between the human side of my work and the practical creativity of building and renewal.
My time is shared between Cornwall and London, and I genuinely love the contrast: the vibrant energy of the city—its theatre, restaurants and cultural life—followed by the peace, space and stillness of the countryside. Water is a constant pull for me too, whether it’s the ocean, rivers, lakes or waterfalls.
In my spare time you’ll find me enjoying the theatre, dining out, cooking, long walks (especially along the coast), and the small pleasures—good chocolate and springtime are high on the list.
