It’s been a while since I have done this, but it looks like it’s the only way to actually meet someone who is interested in a relationship. Walking into the pub with “single” written on your forehead invites the landlord to pour a single malt before you’ve even got to the bar!!
In a lot of respects, I have a fabulous life, I have a great job as an IT consultant which I can do from home and I have the wherewithal to be able to enjoy my passion which is training and competing dressage horses. An anglicised Scot, I am equally comfortable in jeans and wellies or dressing up for a night out for dinner with friend, or at the theatre or dinner. As much as I love being at home, it’s also lovely to get away for a bit of skiing, or a relaxing time in the sun, or exploring new cultures and experiences.
Oh, and by the way someone once said “She’s posh, but so not posh” which I think is perfect. I decided I want it on my epitaph!

However, I really want to share my life with someone who wants to share both the good times and the bad, making memories and being there for each other. And also having a lot of fun and laughter along the way.
I am searching for the elusive individual who is educated, solvent, mature, interesting and curious and who also regards themselves as also being kind, caring and compassionate. Is there anyone out there?
